• You will have a “go to person” (Direct Care Coordinator) dedicated to overseeing your specific support needs, support schedule and support workers.

• RDSS understands the maze that is NDIS and can help you get the most of your plan.

• RDSS will advocate for you and work hard to obtain the evidence required for NDIS to review your plans.

• Our Support Coordinators can support you to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan.

• We are local and there will always be a friendly face to greet you in our office based in Kadina.

• RDSS provides obligation free consultation so that you can make informed decisions about the supports available to you through your NDIS plan.
